Sustainable Development Goals
Brightex Pvt. Ltd. has long been committed to giving back to social responsibility and over the years our contributions have been towards various causes ranging from tackling urgent issues like earthquake relief to more on-going issues such as children’s rights.
Hereon-with, we have decided to align our social responsibility mantra with UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. With 17 goals and 169 targets to meet by 2030, 193 countries have adopted this universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people can enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030.
As well as taking initiatives to meet the targets set out by the SDGs we are going to match any contribution* you make to our chosen charity, the Swach Bharat Kosh. This initiative directly tackles SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation. We have previously contributed in India Clean Ganga Project to the cause through the initiatives taken by the Indian Consulate of Hong Kong and will continue to strive towards attaining this goal. In 2019 our goal is to raise USD$3000 for this cause and we encourage you to do you part and make a difference too. Together we can meet these targets and make our world a better place.
